About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute Rotational Assignments: Plan and perform assigned tasks within the framework of program rotation.
  • Achieve Performance Goals: Complete assignment objectives on schedule, within budget, with higher-than-expected quality while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Deliver on established key performance indicators established at the beginning on the rotation and show stair step improvement in functional operations.
  • Engage in Training and Development: Participate in technical and leadership training programs, including certifications in relevant areas.
  • Apply Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and contributing to team success.
  • Active participation in performance evaluations: Engage in regular performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring sessions to support professional growth.
  • Contribute to Watermark Initiatives: Participate in company-sponsored volunteer activities and community engagement programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Operations-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing).
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment.
