Key responsibilities & impact

Execute Rotational Assignments: Plan and perform assigned tasks within the framework of program rotation.
Achieve Performance Goals: Complete assignment objectives on schedule, within budget, with higher-than-expected quality while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.
Deliver on established key performance indicators established at the beginning on the rotation and show stair step improvement in functional operations.
Engage in Training and Development: Participate in technical and leadership training programs, including certifications in relevant areas.
Apply Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Collaborate with Teams: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and contributing to team success.
Active participation in performance evaluations: Engage in regular performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring sessions to support professional growth.
Contribute to Watermark Initiatives: Participate in company-sponsored volunteer activities and community engagement programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in an Operations-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing).
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment.
