About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hire, train, and evaluate service technicians
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Address and resolve any employee issues or conflicts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new service opportunities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Develop and manage service department budget
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards
- Ensure service department follows all safety regulations
- Prepare and present regular reports on service department performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
- Industrial equipment experience
- In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices
- Experience with developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems
