About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, lead, and direct commercial initiatives for Power Generation industry
- Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with key account holders
- Manage critical accounts with responsibility for revenue, profit, and Voice of Customer (VOC)
- Promote products and conduct opportunity size analysis
- Work closely with the product team to build business cases for new solutions
- Define and execute Xylem’s approach to the Power vertical market
- Drive sales pipeline development and increase share of wallet per customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA in related discipline (marketing, engineering, or environmental science)
- 10 years of Marketing and/or relevant industry experience
- Proven track record in solution and value selling
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
- International experience favored
- High proficiency in English
