About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In this position, you will play a central role in designing and implementing UV disinfection solutions for municipal and industrial applications.
  • You will combine technical expertise with a solid understanding of customer requirements and actively contribute to advancing sustainable water solutions worldwide.
  • You will develop and size UV disinfection systems for national and international projects — from initial technical planning through proposal preparation.
  • You will support our sales teams and partners with technical and commercial inquiries and contribute your expertise actively in customer discussions.
  • You will present our solutions on-site at customer locations and accompany projects in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will analyze project developments, identify risks early and contribute to successful project execution.
  • You will ensure a structured handover of awarded projects to order processing and project teams.
  • You will review tender documents, identify deviations and develop technical solutions.
  • You will contribute to the development of strategies for complex projects and tenders.
  • You will develop training materials and deliver training for internal teams and partners.
  • You will monitor market trends and customer needs and provide input for the further development of our solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in a technical or sales-support role in water, environmental engineering or plant construction is an advantage
  • Interest in technical products and a good commercial understanding
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Enjoy working with customers and international teams
  • Confident use of common IT systems (e.g. ERP/CRM, ideally SAP)
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
