About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In this position you will play a central role in the design and implementation of UV disinfection solutions for municipal and industrial applications.
  • You combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of customer requirements and actively contribute to advancing sustainable water solutions worldwide.
  • You develop and size UV disinfection systems for national and international projects – from initial technical planning to quotation preparation.
  • You support our sales teams and partners on technical and commercial issues and actively contribute your expertise to customer discussions.
  • You present our solutions at customer sites and accompany projects in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You analyze project developments, identify risks early and contribute to successful project delivery.
  • You ensure a structured handover of awarded projects to order processing and project teams.
  • You review tender documents, identify deviations and develop technical solutions.
  • You contribute to the development of strategies for complex projects and tenders.
  • You develop training materials and deliver training sessions for internal teams and partners.
  • You monitor market trends and customer needs and provide input for the further development of our solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in a technical or sales-related role in the water sector, environmental engineering or plant engineering is an advantage
  • Interest in technical products and a good commercial understanding
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Enjoy working with customers and international teams
  • Confident use of common IT systems (e.g., ERP/CRM, ideally SAP)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
