About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and grow a well-established territory within Xylem's Light Industry Division
Work directly with clients to specify and sell tailored water treatment solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through on-site visits
Engage clients via multiple communication channels to close deals and provide ongoing support
Respond to inquiries with expert product recommendations
Guide opportunities through all stages of the sales pipeline using CRM tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience in the water treatment industry.
Basic knowledge of water treatment systems and methods.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Extensive knowledge of water treatment methods including water softening, carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, UV purification, and deionization. Adjacent industry experience could include chemical water treatment for boilers, cooling towers and chillers.
