About the role

  • Integrate, harmonize, and transform information from various sources (ERP, CRM, local systems, external databases).
  • Create robust and scalable data models aligned with business needs.
  • Define standardization and consistency rules to ensure data integrity.
  • Execute quality controls and periodic validations.
  • Design and build executive dashboards with effective, decision-oriented visualizations.
  • Optimize models and queries to ensure high performance.
  • Integrate AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI Builder, etc.) to automate analysis, generate insights, and improve processes.
  • Document processes and analysis methodologies.
  • Develop clear, visual, action-oriented presentations for management and regional teams.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or performance roles.
  • Proven experience building advanced Power BI dashboards.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources and ERPs.
  • Experience or knowledge of applied AI solutions (desired and highly valued).
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, others).
  • Knowledge of AI and automation tools (Copilot, AI Builder, ChatGPT, Power Platform).
  • SQL knowledge (desired).
