About the role
- Integrate, harmonize, and transform information from various sources (ERP, CRM, local systems, external databases).
- Create robust and scalable data models aligned with business needs.
- Define standardization and consistency rules to ensure data integrity.
- Execute quality controls and periodic validations.
- Design and build executive dashboards with effective, decision-oriented visualizations.
- Optimize models and queries to ensure high performance.
- Integrate AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI Builder, etc.) to automate analysis, generate insights, and improve processes.
- Document processes and analysis methodologies.
- Develop clear, visual, action-oriented presentations for management and regional teams.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or performance roles.
- Proven experience building advanced Power BI dashboards.
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources and ERPs.
- Experience or knowledge of applied AI solutions (desired and highly valued).
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, others).
- Knowledge of AI and automation tools (Copilot, AI Builder, ChatGPT, Power Platform).
- SQL knowledge (desired).
