About the role
- Promote and sell AW products and services to customers within assigned markets and territories.
- Identify potential customers and deliver sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and develop sales strategies to grow revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and perform market analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders including sales forecast vs. budget.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of water sector’s market dynamics and customer requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on markets of reference.
- Advanced command (C1 level) of language in the assigned geography.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales processes and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
