About the role

  • Manage the analysis, implementation and documentation of the technical workday setup in the area of HCM
  • Translate business requirements into effective and sustainable technology solutions
  • Facilitate design sessions with key stakeholders
  • Independently implement workday configurations, manage testing and technical documentation
  • Proactively monitor new capabilities and identify opportunities to bring value to the HR organization
  • Establish a clear product roadmap using agile methodologies
  • Support creation of training materials, and ensure 1st level support is equipped to handle common support inquiries and maintenance tasks
  • Serve as a 2nd level support over the respective product domain

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a strong background in Workday HCM / Kainos EDM solution
  • Proven experience (> 2 years) in Workday HCM, certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams
