Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
Oversee all aspects of projects
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with the contractual scope of work sold
Manage multiple equipment design projects with values in the range of $50,000 - $150,000
Function as primary, external customer contact on assigned projects, with focus on customer service
Identify risks and change opportunities and negotiate change orders with guidance from supervisor
Monitor and maintain a project budget for each project managed including labor and materials
Provide bi-weekly project status updates relative to task and milestone completion, risk/opportunity potential
Manage the procurement of equipment and material necessary to execute the project
Lead the coordination of internal and external resources for project execution with support from supervisor

Requirements

Prefer degreed Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineer
2+ years Project Management experience in the water purification or manufacturing industries preferred
Experience in Project Management processes
Project Management Certification will be encouraged within twelve months of hire date (PMP Certification)
Critical path awareness
Scope creep detection
Risk identification
Familiarity with SAP Business Operating System is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project Software, SharePoint
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
