About the role

  • Define and execute the overall procurement strategy for all WSS branches
  • Lead supplier selection, RFx events, negotiations, and commercial agreements for strategic and high-impact spend
  • Directly manage the consultant team responsible for tactical and transactional purchasing activities across WSS branches
  • Drive continuous improvement in purchasing accuracy, responsiveness, compliance, and cycle times
  • Develop and manage logistics budget and analyze data to identify cost saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify potential risks in logistics operations and implement risk management strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (APICS/ASCM certification preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, including strategic sourcing and operational leadership
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and/or outsourced or consultant-based purchasing models
  • Strong SAP MM expertise
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills
  • Proven ability to set strategy, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in complex environments.
