About the role
- Oversee strategic growth of select program clients
- Ensure successful delivery of program scope
- Maximize value and benefits for both Xylem and clients
- Develop multi-year roadmaps tailored to specific business and client goals
- Build and maintain deep and trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Develop and execute pipeline asset management plans for strategic accounts
- Lead selection of strategic accounts in collaboration with sales and operations
- Monitor and control budgets and forecasts at program-level
- Schedule and attend progress meetings and prepare updates for leadership
Requirements
- Professional Engineer designation and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) designation preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing clients/programs with large ongoing contracts
- Engineering consulting, construction, and/or water/wastewater experience
- Excellent team leadership skills and experiences
- Proven ability to mentor and informally lead others
- Prior indirect/direct supervisory experience preferred
- Highly influential and persuasive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage key stakeholder interests
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data
- Flexibility and the ability to manage change
