About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing key operational, healthcare, wellness, and public health-related programs across XWELL's portfolio.
  • Provide leadership, support, and oversight for additional company initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Clinical Services, Compliance, Technology, People, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Responsible for program governance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with government agencies, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee all required CDC reporting activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution of program processes and protocols.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, operations, public health, clinical services, program management, or related industries.
  • Experience working with federal agencies, public health organizations, or regulatory bodies strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs from planning through execution and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing and interpreting operational and regulatory reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, reporting platforms, and data management systems.
