Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech product initiatives
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and stakeholder reporting
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Communicate project status to leadership and external stakeholders
Track KPIs, velocity, burndown charts, and sprint metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in IT industry
3–5 years as Project Manager or Scrum Master in product-based environment
Experience managing Fintech / Banking / Payment / Financial systems projects
Good understanding of .NET Core RESTful API development
Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps Boards
PMP / CSM / SAFe certification (preferred)
