About the role

  • Identify and research prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles and business needs
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting targets
  • Learn and effectively communicate our product value proposition and use cases

Requirements

  • - Experience in SaaS/ B2B tech sales essential, Localisation/ Translation experience preferred
  • - 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles
  • - Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • - Fluent in English and French
  • - Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling objections
  • - Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • - Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • - Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
  • - Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
  • - Prior experience working with startups or high-growth companies
