About the role
- Identify and research prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate interest
- Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles and business needs
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize messaging and campaigns
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting targets
- Learn and effectively communicate our product value proposition and use cases
Requirements
- - Experience in SaaS/ B2B tech sales essential, Localisation/ Translation experience preferred
- - 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles
- - Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- - Fluent in English and French
- - Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling objections
- - Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- - Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
- - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- - Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
- - Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
- - Prior experience working with startups or high-growth companies
