About the role

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals
  • Assist in project planning, timeline estimation, and coordination of project activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a Functional Consultant
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across one or more functional areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, Sales, or Supply Chain
  • Experience leading client discovery sessions, gathering business requirements, and translating them into functional solution designs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
