About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Ensure implementation of solutions meets desired outcomes
Lead client discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams
Design, configure, and validate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
Develop detailed process maps to outline current and future business processes
Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
Deliver end-user training, facilitate go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals
Assist in project planning, timeline estimation, and coordination of project activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of client-facing experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a Functional Consultant
Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across one or more functional areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, Sales, or Supply Chain
Experience leading client discovery sessions, gathering business requirements, and translating them into functional solution designs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
