About the role

  • Guide organizations through the evaluation, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops.
  • Develop actionable project plans and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Oversee implementation projects to ensure alignment with timelines and functional requirements.
  • Utilize Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automations.
  • Identify integration points between Microsoft Dynamics and third-party applications.
  • Develop tailored training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Deep functional and architectural knowledge of D365 CE modules, especially in Sales and Customer Service.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Proven experience leveraging Power Automate.
  • Strong familiarity with data integration concepts and API integrations.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience through a successful portfolio.
