About the role

  • Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients that can benefit from XTEL’s RGM and TPx solutions.
  • Build and maintain a deep pipeline through proactive prospecting and market intelligence.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, positioning XTEL’s platform through a strong ROI and value‑delivery narrative.
  • Translate client challenges into tailored solution proposals aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, commercial leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and subject‑matter expert on RGM and trade optimization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights within the RGM/TPx ecosystem.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience from first contact to implementation.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of closing complex, high‑value deals.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating autonomously, identifying opportunities, and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to sell to senior executives and navigate large, matrixed organizations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of data analytics, revenue growth management, trade promotions, or related commercial disciplines.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Consultative Approach: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering impactful, client‑centric solutions.
  • Self‑Driven: Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
