About the role

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements for a highly technical and data-driven product.
  • Define and maintain clear documentation on platform and AI models capabilities.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring work aligns with platform strategy.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies to maximize delivered value.
  • Drive structured user feedback collection and translate insights into platform enhancements.
  • Work closely with AI teams and Data Engineering to enable advanced analytics ML workflows, and robust data pipelines.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or ownership for data-intensive or AI-driven software products.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts, machine learning workflows, and the challenges of productizing AI models.
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices for ensuring data quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Curiosity and innovation mindset, with passion for AI technologies and modern data platforms.
  • Knowledge of time series analysis, forecasting, or optimization algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the CPG industry and Revenue Management processes.
  • Product Ownership or Product Management certification.
