About the role
- Lead hands-on developer sessions, integration walkthroughs, and partner workshops
- Provide technical guidance for custom integration scenarios and self-service implementations
- Support partners in solving integration challenges, acting as a trusted technical advisor
- Develop integration guides, tutorials, sample code, demo projects, reference implementations, and API examples
- Produce recorded walkthroughs, technical webinars, and training sessions
- Keep resources up to date with latest product features and best practices
- Deliver lighthouse integration cases and package integrations as reusable templates
- Represent Xsolla at industry events, technical conferences, and meetups
- Collect and relay developer feedback to Product and Engineering teams and recommend SDK/API/documentation improvements
- Track and report on integrations delivered, engagement with resources, and conversion rates from enablement to live integrations
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Evangelism (ideally in games)
- Strong technical skills in game development and integration (Unity, Unreal, backend APIs, payment systems)
- Experience delivering hands-on technical training, demos, and workshops
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Comfort in public speaking and presenting technical content to diverse audiences
- Fluent in either Korean or Japanese and must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel for partner visits, conferences, and training events primarily across the KR/JP region
