About the role

  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and onboarding game studios, publishers, and brands onto Xsolla's advertising platform.
  • Consult strategically with partners to understand their marketing goals, performance needs, and revenue targets, and translate them into actionable advertising strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign success, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting using advertising best practices.
  • Analyze and interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — including product, data, and leadership — to refine Xsolla's advertising solutions, contribute to product evolution, and share market feedback.
  • Champion Xsolla's advertising capabilities by representing the team in meetings, industry events, and partner discussions, positioning Xsolla as a trusted partner in the advertising ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, client success, or account management within the advertising, ad tech, or digital media industries.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and the use of advertising or analytics platforms (e.g., DSPs, MMPs).
