About the role

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, assess, negotiate and close the position.
  • Be point of contact with the respective hiring managers and ensure all the hiring managers’ requirements are followed
  • Coordinate the interviews arrangement and pre-screen the applicants.
  • Crafting and updating the job description based on hiring manager’s requirements.
  • Maintains all applicant paperwork, ensuring that all paperwork has been gathered and compliance issues are met with regards to the recruitment process.
  • Performing background and reference checks on candidates when as required.
  • Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents compilation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/HRM/Psychology or its equivalent.
  • 1 - 5 years of related experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Executive in the IT Industry.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work and be flexible in a fast pace environment and good in multitasking
