About the role

  • Lead the mobile/Windows development team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Define and implement best practices for mobile and Windows applications development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard.
  • Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
  • Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in mobile / windows application development with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile / Windows applications from concept to launch.
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Proficiency in mobile /Windows development frameworks and programming languages (Swift, Kotlin, React Native).
  • Strong understanding mobile/Windows architecture platforms.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and visual currency platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
