About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
- Introduce financial products and services.
- Provide advanced financial customer service.
- Work with other departments as required.
- Contribute to teamwork to achieve goals.
- Consult with appropriate specialist staff as required.
- Perform other duties as directed by the manager.
- Offer guidance and troubleshooting support to assist clients.
- Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high-level service is provided.
- Identify areas for improvement and share suggestions and feedback with the team.
- Work with other departments as required - change to Cooperate effectively with other departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business related degree and experience
- Customer service/support experience in the financial industry preferred
- Customer service/support experience required
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and Portuguese and English language is a must
- Flexible shift rotation is a must. (08:00 – 17:00/12:00 – 21:00/15:00 – 00:00)
- Ability to multitask and highly adaptable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer literacy
