About the role
- Serve as the main liaison for key clients, ensuring timely support and premium service delivery.
- Develop deep understanding of clients’ trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strengthen long-term relationships to enhance client retention and loyalty.
- Drive trading volume and revenue growth from assigned key accounts.
- Identify and pursue upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with trading, dealing, compliance, and technical teams to resolve client issues.
- Stay updated on forex market developments, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and commercial terms.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of FX/CFD markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and order execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong commercial relationships with high-value clients.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Multilingual ability is an advantage.
