About the role

  • Serve as the main liaison for key clients, ensuring timely support and premium service delivery.
  • Develop deep understanding of clients’ trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships to enhance client retention and loyalty.
  • Drive trading volume and revenue growth from assigned key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with trading, dealing, compliance, and technical teams to resolve client issues.
  • Stay updated on forex market developments, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and commercial terms.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of FX/CFD markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and order execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong commercial relationships with high-value clients.
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage.
