Accounting Manager

• Enter, clean and reconcile financial data in Excel, accounting systems, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and basic macros to reduce manual work.
• Assist with bank and balance sheet reconciliations, AP processing, contract and schedule updates, and recurring monthly close tasks.
• Produce standard financial reports and organize audit support (download data, compile workpapers, label files).
• Help document workflows and prototype simple automations (templates, macros, excel formulas).
• Knowledge of AI tools a plus.
