Program Manager

• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns for key initiatives and programs within the organization
• Work closely with the Marketing and program teams to plan, develop, activate, and manage marketing activities to drive awareness and engagement with key audiences
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for program teams
• Develop integrated campaigns that build awareness and engagement for prizes, programs, and the foundation
• Define measurable objectives, target audience, and associated calls to action for each campaign
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders tracking progress and performance against objectives
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders across programs
• Navigate competing stakeholder priorities to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with prize objectives and business priorities
• Leverage project management skills to ensure that event and campaign deliverables are completed in a timely manner
• In partnership with the Communications and Creative teams, contribute to the development of key messaging for programs
• Contribute to the planning and execution of events to support campaign objectives
• Support the development and management of prize marketing budgets
• Leverage marketing-specific tools and technology to manage marketing campaigns and measure campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date on prize/program-related news and industry trends

Marketing Program Manager

• Define measurable objectives, target audience, and associated calls to action for each campaign; and provide regular reporting to stakeholders tracking progress and performance against objectives
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders across programs
• Leverage project management skills and the PM tool of record to ensure that event and campaign deliverables are completed in a timely manner
• In partnership with the Communications and Creative teams, contribute to the development of key messaging for programs and prize-related content
• In partnership with the Experiential team, contribute to the planning and execution of events to support campaign objectives
• Support the development and management of prize marketing budgets, including classifying actuals and tracking actuals against budget and forecast
• Leverage marketing-specific tools and technology to manage marketing campaigns and associated projects; measure campaign performance; develop and refine target audiences; and gather social media insights
• Stay up-to-date on prize/program-related news and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate trends into active and upcoming campaigns

Designer

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of XPRIZE competitions
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Work closely with internal teams and collaborators
• Identify & Engage external experts and stakeholders
• Facilitate productive relationships with sponsors
• Contribute to organization-wide ideation and concept development initiatives

Prize Design Consultant

Chief Technology Officer

• Serve as Chief Technology Officer overseeing all of XPRIZE’s IT infrastructure, platforms, and budgets including Azure cloud services and enterprise systems
• Oversee public-facing platforms: website, community engagement web/app
• Oversee proprietary systems including Prize Operations Platform (POP) and Learning Management System (LMS)
• Lead cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management for IT and AI systems
• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and long-term technology strategy
• Serve as Executive Vice President, Deep Tech & Exploration leading domain vision, strategy, and prize ideation
• Manage the Deep Tech & Exploration Brain Trust of world experts contributing to Visioneering and innovation
• Oversee the $5M XPRIZE Google Quantum Applications prize and future competitions in quantum, robotics, AI/ML, nanotech, materials, and space
• Actively support fundraising for new prizes, including philanthropic and corporate sponsorships
• Provide strategic oversight of program teams and prize operations; serve as accountable executive, advisor, and connector across the domain and organization
• Hold budget authority on program spending within the domain
