What you’ll need

5+ years supporting Microsoft-centric environments (MSP experience strongly preferred)
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (tenant-level support)
Azure / Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access
Active Directory (AD DS), GPO, DNS fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting ability across multiple areas
PowerShell experience (comfortable reading/modifying scripts)
Excellent written and verbal communication
