About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Multichannel CUSTOMER SERVICE agent handling 5 simultaneous screens (WhatsApp and social media) for the e-commerce of a luxury clothing brand
- Responsible for after-sales support
- Must listen carefully to customers, engage them, guide interactions efficiently, and demonstrate empathy to understand customer needs
- Quick and timely follow-up with customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in apparel sales/customer service or e-commerce (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of the fashion industry (preferred)
- Experience providing support via Chat and WhatsApp
- Ability to work in a remote/home office model
- Have an adequate home office workspace (desk, chair, and a quiet environment)
- Residence in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo
- Availability to work on-site at the Osasco office when required by the company/management
- Wired internet connection with more than 10 Mbps (must use a wired connection, not Wi‑Fi)
- Ability to handle multiple work platforms (WhatsApp, chat, and Microsoft Office)
