About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Multichannel CUSTOMER SERVICE agent handling 5 simultaneous screens (WhatsApp and social media) for the e-commerce of a luxury clothing brand

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in apparel sales/customer service or e-commerce (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of the fashion industry (preferred)
  • Experience providing support via Chat and WhatsApp
  • Ability to work in a remote/home office model
  • Have an adequate home office workspace (desk, chair, and a quiet environment)
  • Residence in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo
  • Availability to work on-site at the Osasco office when required by the company/management
  • Wired internet connection with more than 10 Mbps (must use a wired connection, not Wi‑Fi)
  • Ability to handle multiple work platforms (WhatsApp, chat, and Microsoft Office)
