About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact partner restaurants that have experienced a recent decline in activity to re-engage them on the app, helping generate new orders and boost their sales.
- Offer campaigns, discount coupons, menu setup, and any other necessary measures to increase their visibility on the platform.
- Propose affordable promotional investments.
- Manage and overcome leads' objections to close sales.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Ability to work in a remote/home-office model;
- Have an adequate home-office workspace (desk, chair and a quiet environment);
- Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
- Availability to work on-site at the Osasco office whenever required by the company/leadership;
- Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi);
- Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat, and Microsoft Office);
- Experience in sales-oriented customer service.
