Key responsibilities & impact

Contact partner restaurants that have experienced a recent decline in activity to re-engage them on the app, helping generate new orders and boost their sales.
Offer campaigns, discount coupons, menu setup, and any other necessary measures to increase their visibility on the platform.
Propose affordable promotional investments.
Manage and overcome leads' objections to close sales.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent;
Ability to work in a remote/home-office model;
Have an adequate home-office workspace (desk, chair and a quiet environment);
Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
Availability to work on-site at the Osasco office whenever required by the company/leadership;
Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi);
Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat, and Microsoft Office);
Experience in sales-oriented customer service.
