About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as leader of customer service teams, ensuring excellence in support for various types of inquiries related to products and services.
- Manage customer service operations across multiple channels: Voice, WhatsApp, Email and Chat.
- Lead Outbound Sales (proactive sales) teams, monitoring performance and results.
- Perform integrated management of performance indicators (targets, productivity, quality) and people management (development, feedback and engagement).
- Analyze operational results and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Experience in people management and in managing performance indicators and operational initiatives.
- Availability to attend the office when required.
