About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage pharmacies, supermarkets, and other merchants to activate discount plans
- Offer campaigns, discount coupons, and set up menus—anything necessary to increase their visibility on the platform
- Propose affordable promotional investments
- Manage and overcome leads' objections to close sales.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a remote (home office) model
- Suitable home workspace (desk, chair, and a noise-free environment)
- Residency in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo
- Availability to work on-site at the Osasco office when required by the company/management
- Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi)
- Proficiency with various work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, telephone, chat, and Microsoft Office)
- Experience in sales customer service
