About the role
- Contact partners (restaurants) who have recently experienced a decline to re-engage them on the app, helping them generate new orders and boost their sales.
- Offer campaigns, discount coupons, menu setup and any other necessary actions to increase their visibility on the platform.
- Propose affordable investment options for the partner.
- Manage and overcome leads' objections to close sales.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a remote/home-office model.
- Have an appropriate home-office setup (desk, chair and a noise-free environment).
- Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo.
- Availability to work on-site at the Vila Olímpia office when required by the company/leadership.
- Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (not using Wi‑Fi).
- Own a mobile phone with a SIM card and good signal reception for receiving SMS.
- Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat and Microsoft Office).
- Experience in sales/customer service.
