About the role

  • Work directly with leads, guiding them through the course sales process.
  • Conduct consultative meetings and calls (voice and/or video) with a focus on immediate closing.
  • Deeply understand the lead’s profile and pain points, identify professional goals and project the real benefits of the postgraduate program.
  • Present proposals with clarity, authority and urgency, guiding the lead to a decision.
  • Overcome strategic objections (investment, time, technical concerns, etc.) using technical and emotional arguments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets with a 100% focus on performance and revenue generation.
  • Contribute to commercial intelligence by suggesting pitch improvements, reporting recurring objections and recommending strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
  • Proven experience in consultative sales with a focus on closing (B2C or B2B with medium/high ticket).
  • Strong persuasion skills and mastery of sales techniques.
  • Comfortable with aggressive targets and a variable, performance-based compensation model.
  • Ability to drive the customer’s decision with authority, empathy and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication — professional and persuasive presence.
  • Experience in the education, healthcare, aesthetics/beauty or franchise industries is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with a structured sales funnel (pre-sales + closing).
  • Knowledge of smart follow-up strategies and selling via WhatsApp and online meetings.
  • Performance-oriented profile, financial ambition and an owner’s mindset.
  • High energy, resilience and emotional intelligence.
