About the role
- Conduct sales via phone and chat for solar energy plans
- Use a consultative approach focused on identifying sales opportunities from leads who visit the website and request quotes
- Understand customers' needs to offer the products/services that best meet their expectations
- Manage and overcome leads' objections to close sales.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a home office (remote) model
- Have an appropriate home office setup (desk, chair, and a noise-free environment)
- Reside near Osasco / Greater São Paulo
- Availability to work onsite at the Vila Olímpia office whenever required by the company/leadership
- Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi)
- Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat, and Microsoft Office)
- Experience in sales/customer service.
