About the role

  • Conduct sales via phone and chat for solar energy plans
  • Use a consultative approach focused on identifying sales opportunities from leads who visit the website and request quotes
  • Understand customers' needs to offer the products/services that best meet their expectations
  • Manage and overcome leads' objections to close sales.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a home office (remote) model
  • Have an appropriate home office setup (desk, chair, and a noise-free environment)
  • Reside near Osasco / Greater São Paulo
  • Availability to work onsite at the Vila Olímpia office whenever required by the company/leadership
  • Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi)
  • Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat, and Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in sales/customer service.
