• **Main responsibilities**
• Supervise and drive the performance of the sales team (Closers).
• Monitor performance and conversion metrics in real time, proposing continuous improvements.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and productivity indicators.
• Support the team with feedback, training and daily and weekly follow-up rituals.
• Partner with other departments to ensure lead quality and funnel efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to commercial processes and correct use of the CRM.
• Serve as the link between executive management and the sales team, translating strategy into clear execution.
