About the role
- Provide proactive (outbound) customer service for a fuel management fleet.
- Work with multiple systems simultaneously.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Ability to work in a home office/remote model;
- Have an appropriate home office setup (desk, chair and a quiet environment);
- Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
- Availability to work on-site at the office in Vila Olímpia when required by the company/leadership;
- Wired internet connection of more than 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi);
- Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, voice, chat, email and Microsoft Office);
- Experience in customer service (SAC) — multiskill support: voice, WhatsApp and occasionally sending emails via Salesforce;
- Availability to work a 6x1 rotating shift schedule (six days on, one day off).
