About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of proactive lead generation and pipeline development in Switzerland and Germany
  • Identify relevant stakeholders and decision-makers in target companies
  • Coordinate initial meetings with our sales team
  • Build and maintain your own lead pipeline through structured outbound activities (email, phone, LinkedIn, video)
  • Research and engage primarily technical decision-makers (e.g., CISOs, IT managers) within enterprise accounts
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Schedule and prepare presentation meetings
  • Work closely with marketing, partners and sales to optimize sales campaigns
  • Maintain all activities and contacts in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Represent xorlab at events and webinars
  • Actively contribute to and continuously improve our BDR processes and tools, playbooks and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales) within the B2B software, IT, or cybersecurity space
  • Proven track record in lead generation and securing meetings with enterprise customers
  • Familiar with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and modern sales tools
  • Strong interest in IT security and a basic technical understanding
  • Strong communication skills across all channels – written, phone and in person
  • Self-organized, structured work style with a strong hunter mentality
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) and business-fluent (negotiation-level) in English
