You’ll own regional marketing initiatives for DACH — building awareness, driving acquisition, and supporting revenue growth across key customer segments.
Build, launch, and optimize high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team
Manage and report on regional marketing budgets and campaign performance
Run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates across ads, landing pages, and funnels
Develop engaging marketing materials (ads, emails, landing pages, case studies) in German
Collaborate closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and support account-based campaigns
Organize and promote webinars and industry events (online/offline)
Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities with industry media and associations
Own the regional performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) and report on campaign efficiency
You’ll work with a focused set of high-impact channels — designed to generate demand and qualified leads across the DACH region: Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) – drive high-intent traffic and continuously improve ROI, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) – build awareness and capture leads among key decision-makers, Landing Page & Conversion Optimization – test, measure, and scale what converts best, Email & CRM Automation – working closely with our Lifecycle-Marketing-Team to nurture leads through smart segmentation and automated sequences, Industry Partnerships & Events – leverage collaborations to boost credibility and inbound opportunities, Retargeting & Funnel Campaigns – turn attention into action through data-driven remarketing.
Requirements
Digital mindset and growth focus
2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B or B2C performance marketing, demand generation, or paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
Proven success in full-funnel campaigns with measurable ROI and lead quality improvements
Deep understanding of digital advertising mechanics (tracking, attribution, audience segmentation)
Native-level German and fluent English
Strong copywriting and localization skills — you know how to make technical messaging resonate
Strong analytical skills
A plus: curiosity or background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology
