About the role

  • Develop and own the company’s technology strategy.
  • Oversee system architecture and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and implement new systems and technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Lead the development of the company’s products, platforms, and technologies.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and the management board to ensure execution aligns with business priorities.

  • Manage development and IT costs effectively.

Requirements

  • Seasoned product + fintech tech leader (CTO/VP Eng/Head of Engineering) who’s built and scaled product-led SaaS in regulated, high-trust environments.
  • Future-facing architecture mindset: designs cloud-native, modular platforms (APIs, event-driven systems, automation/AI-ready foundations).
  • Builder of pacey, modern engineering orgs: creates teams that ship continuously, learn fast, and raise the bar.
  • Cross-functional catalyst: aligns Product, Design, Data, Ops, and Commercial around a clear technical narrative.
  • Security, privacy, and compliance as product strengths: treats GDPR and data protection as table stakes.
  • Pragmatic innovator: balances experimentation with operational excellence.
  • Comfortable as the external technology voice: can explain strategy and risk clearly to investors, partners, customers, and candidates.
