About the role
- Design and deploy high-performance, reliable, and scalable data pipelines
- Provide optimized data models for business intelligence
- Support business and technical teams in the strategic use of data
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical practices and internal standards
- Design, develop, implement, and support ETL/ELT solutions and data pipelines
- Collaborate with multiple development teams to meet delivery objectives
- Participate in requirements definition, effort estimation, and the delivery of quality solutions
- Develop and maintain real-time data ingestion processes from multiple sources
- Design and maintain data models intended for business intelligence
- Implement integrations with external APIs (Google, Facebook, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR and SOX
- Act as a technical lead by promoting best practices and innovation
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in data analysis and data engineering
- Demonstrated experience within organizations of more than 10,000 employees
- Required technologies: Snowflake, DBT, Talend and/or Azure Data Factory, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI
- Programming languages: T-SQL, Python, JavaScript / Node.js, Java
- Strong expertise in data modeling (relational and dimensional)
- Design, development, and optimization of robust ETL/ELT data flows
- Authoring, executing, and optimizing complex SQL queries
- Implementation of API services using REST architecture
- Ability to translate business requirements into advanced data models
