About the role
- Develop multi-tap Playable Ads and interactive end cards.
- Establish requirements and guidelines for asset preparation.
- Participate in creating asset libraries and templates to optimize production.
- Communicate with outsourcing partners on Playable Ads development (providing consultation, technical requirements, and best practices).
- Automate and optimize technical solutions.
Requirements
- Understanding of basic game mechanics: timing, feedback, progression.
- Ability to recreate a simplified yet relevant gameplay experience.
- A portfolio of developed playable ads.
- Experience working in mobile game marketing.
- Confident proficiency in HTML5 / JavaScript / CSS.
- Experience developing playable ads for mobile advertising (Google Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, Mintegral, Facebook, etc.).
- Understanding the reasons for possible rejections by ad networks and the ability to quickly fix arising problems.
- Knowledge of playable-banner limitations: build size, FPS, loading times.
- Understanding how playable ads work structurally—interactivity, working with versioning for a varying number of clicks.
- Skills in Spine for creating animations and optimizing them.
- Experience optimizing assets from designers, artists, and animators.
- Experience adapting visuals for different resolutions and aspect ratios.
