About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Prepare and review quality of earnings, EBITDA, working capital, and transaction models
Manage multiple concurrent engagements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Serve as the primary client contact for private equity sponsors, bankers, and management teams
Supervise, mentor, and develop Associates and Analysts
Present diligence findings and transaction insights to clients
Support post-close integration and value creation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, investment banking, or corporate development
Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
Experience leading client-facing diligence engagements
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
CPA, CFA, or similar credentials preferred
