About the role
- Lead a field-focused team dedicated to driving deep activation and usage across strategic national franchise networks.
- Execute a repeatable field playbook to empower individual offices to thrive on the Xero platform.
- Act as a hands-on sales coach, raise the bar on pipeline discipline and activity.
- Remove friction and amplify successful strategies by partnering with internal success managers and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and refine coverage models and playbooks for large, multi-location franchise networks.
- Establish a high-rigor operating cadence including weekly 1:1s, call coaching, and pipeline reviews.
- Drive adoption of key ecosystem solutions like Melio and Syft to ensure full value understanding of the Xero platform.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design and launch activation sprints and office blitzes driving rapid product usage.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and coaching front-line sales or partner success teams within B2B SaaS or FinTech environments.
- Process-driven mindset essential, with inclination for CRM hygiene, data-driven decision making, and structured operating rhythms.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments, understanding dynamics of large franchise or national accounting organisations.
- Communication style that is inspiring and influential, aligning internal stakeholders and motivating partner offices toward shared goals.
- Demonstrates a field-first approach, enjoying getting into details of deals and providing real-time feedback for team growth.
- A bias for action defines work style, taking full ownership of portfolio and treating team’s territory like a business owned.
