About the role

  • Be a strategic partner for large/mid-tier accounting practices in their digital transformation.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies for partners to migrate clients onto the Xero platform.
  • Own your territory and build deep relationships with accounting/bookkeeping firms.
  • Manage a territory with monthly targets and implement Xero's digital strategy.
  • Architect complex project plans for partners transitioning to Xero's cloud ecosystem.
  • Facilitate partner education through events and certifications.
  • Drive call cycles and maintain Salesforce data for partner pipeline management.
  • Host Partner Forums and collaborate with internal teams for success.

Requirements

  • Results-driven approach and genuine enthusiasm for building strong relationships with accounting partners.
  • Proven success in field account management and a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Interest in the fintech market with ability to educate on digital resources and online accounting.
  • Initiative to work independently while being process-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver engaging events and influence digital strategy at a practice level.
  • Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client communications and sales cycles.
