About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and operationalize Xenon’s field effectiveness infrastructure to support launch readiness and execution
- Partner with departments to translate launch strategy into field-ready processes, tools, and operating rhythms
- Serve as a primary Commercial Operations partner to field strategy and leadership
- Develop and produce field execution analytics and identify gaps in execution quality
- Collaborate on territory alignment, targeting refinement, and related vendor workstreams
- Own targeting operations and refinement processes
- Serve as the business owner for field-facing systems and tools, including CRM and field reporting
- Lead incentive compensation operations and support decision-making with operational insights
- Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve field productivity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, analytics, healthcare, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences commercial operations
- Demonstrated experience supporting launch readiness or commercial launch execution
- Strong knowledge of field operations capabilities, including CRM, territory alignment, targeting, field deployment, call planning, incentive compensation
- Experience partnering with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and others
- Strong understanding of field-facing technology platforms and business requirements
- Excellent project management, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high ambiguity
