About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead design and management of competitive total rewards strategies for talent retention
- Manage base salary program and incentive compensation for non-sales employees
- Coordinate the design and management of equity programs

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum relevant undergraduate degree, coursework in math, accounting, finance and/or law; MBA strongly preferred
- 15+ years of experience in progressive compensation/HR management roles in life sciences organizations
- Deep business acumen and understanding of biopharma total rewards
- Expertise in data and systems with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to develop organizational-level strategies and adapt to business needs
- Strong skills in Office software and HR/Finance systems
