Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum relevant undergraduate degree, coursework in math, accounting, finance and/or law; MBA strongly preferred
15+ years of experience in progressive compensation/HR management roles in life sciences organizations
Deep business acumen and understanding of biopharma total rewards
Expertise in data and systems with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences
Ability to develop organizational-level strategies and adapt to business needs
Strong skills in Office software and HR/Finance systems
