About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical system owner for the Microsoft 365 platform
Serve as the technical system owner for Workplace Systems
Partner with the Infrastructure Team on managing users and devices
Continuously review Copilot releases and promote adoption
Develop multi-year roadmaps for Copilot and productivity solutions
Design, configure, document, deploy, and support collaboration systems
Function as a technical project lead
Manage vendors and external resources to maximize return on investment
Ensure compliance with internal processes and relevant regulations
Participate in after hours on-call support rotation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
At least 10 years of progressive information technology experience
Experience in highly regulated industries
Hands-on experience evaluating, governing, or deploying Microsoft Copilot
Deep technical experience with Windows 11, Windows Server OS, AD, GPO, Entra ID, Microsoft 365
Experience with email security technologies & protocols
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
Experience with programming languages, PowerShell, Python, Graph API
Strong experience in IT Operations including ITIL/ITSM processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
