About the role

  • Take on technical and operational responsibility for the Collaboration Team.
  • Split of management vs. technical delivery is 50/50%.
  • Manage your team while expected to work as a technical consultant.
  • 1 to 1s with your team members.
  • Salary reviews/negotiations each year.
  • Recruitment: Deciding on needs, working closely with our Head of Talent in the recruitment process, interviewing candidates, job offering.
  • Pre-sale Engineering: Providing technical guidance to both business managers and sales teams in customer discussions.
  • Responsibility for Service Delivery: Ensure optimal use of the team's competence into assignments and managed service delivery.
  • Working closely with Business Manager on strategy, and how best to implement for operational success.
  • Solution Architecture and/or technical implementation within the collaboration sphere.

Requirements

  • 6+ years within the collaboration sphere (365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Identity)
  • Previous consulting work and good experience with a variety of customers
  • Experience with pre-sale, design & architecture
  • A confident, senior presence in general
  • Previous management/team leading experience (with positive results, of course!) is a bonus
  • An existing network of customers is a bonus
  • Worked as an Architect is a bonus
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish AND English.
