About the role
- We are looking for an AI Developer who wants to build production-grade AI applications that solve real business problems, and help customers understand how AI can create sustainable value .
- In this role, you will design, build, and evolve AI-driven applications and agents, while contributing to architectural decisions and guiding solution direction.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders and translate needs into scalable, secure and maintainable AI solutions.
- Design and build production-grade AI applications and agents using Python and modern orchestration frameworks such as LangChain , Microsoft 365 Agents SDK , or similar tooling.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines , embedding workflows, vector search integrations, and structured context management for enterprise use cases.
- Develop full-stack components (APIs, services, UI layers) that operationalize AI capabilities and integrate them into real business workflows.
- Design scalable AI architectures on Azure , leveraging Azure AI Foundry for model hosting, evaluation flows, experimentation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Implement observability, evaluation, and guardrail mechanisms for LLM-driven systems - ensuring reliability, traceability, and responsible AI usage in production environments.
- Engage with stakeholders to define use cases, assess feasibility, and translate business challenges into technical architectures.
- Evaluate solution approaches from both a technical and business perspective, ensuring AI is used where it creates real impact and not where simpler architectures are preferable.
Requirements
- Good experience working in customer-facing projects , where technical decisions are shaped by business priorities and constraints.
- Several years of experience in software engineering , with hands-on delivery of production systems.
- Practical experience building AI-driven applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Agents SDK or equivalent orchestration tooling).
- Strong understanding of RAG patterns , embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, evaluation strategies, and model selection trade-offs.
- Experience in back-end or full-stack development, sufficient to build supporting APIs, services, or user interfaces for AI applications.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with high requirements for security, governance, compliance, and architectural clarity.
- It is a bonus if you have: Experience with Azure: Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, or related services.
- Experience implementing monitoring, evaluation, or guardrail strategies for LLM systems.
- Experience in architectural or advisory roles , especially in consulting environments where you have guided customers in technical decision-making.
